Terms of Service

A plain-English starting point for the assessment engagement. Have it reviewed by a solicitor before you rely on it — in particular the guarantee, refund and liability wording.

The service

The Unbillable AI Tools Assessment is a fixed-fee engagement comprising a recorded 45-minute interview, a written report prescribing three to seven off-the-shelf tools, and a 45-minute review call. Implementation and the Concierge retainer are separate services, scoped and priced individually.

Fees and payment

The assessment fee is £495, payable at the time of booking to confirm your place. Where you subsequently engage us to implement your report, the £495 is credited in full against that work.

The guarantee

If your assessment report does not identify at least five reclaimable hours per week across your firm, tell us at the review call and we will refund the £495 in full. The guarantee is limited to the assessment fee; it is our sole liability in respect of hours not identified.

Your responsibilities

The quality of the assessment depends on the accuracy of what you tell us. You're responsible for evaluating any recommended tool against your own professional, regulatory and insurance obligations before adopting it, and for your own compliance with them. Recommendations are advisory; the decision to adopt any tool is yours.

Independence

We hold no reseller agreements and take no commissions or affiliate fees from the tools we recommend. Every recommendation is made on merit.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you share in the assessment as confidential and use it only to produce your report and support your engagement. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the assessment is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for the performance of third-party tools we recommend.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
